For 15 years I have enjoyed working as a Realtor. The last several years I have worked for my own company, MBC Real Estate. I specialize in high-quality residential and commercial (hotel, motel) property near the Gulf beaches. To gain awareness of market conditions for broader market area, to increase listing exposure and to expand buyer's potential market, I became a member of several MLS Realtor Associations including the following:
Pinellas Suncoast MLS, the Greater Tampa Realtor Association, Melbourne MLC of South Brevard and the Greater Fort Myers and Beach Realtor Association. This association is joined together with several counties, including Sarasota, as the 'Florida Gulf Coast MLS Alliance.'
It gives me great pleasure to better serve my sellers and give the listings exposure in all these MLS systems. It is very rewarding to me to have a happy buyer and find a right home for one.
